Shelly Stricklen

Accounting Manager
aka Manager of Journal Juggling

Having spent previous years in the hospitality industry, Shelly was recruited by Team B.A. Worthing, Inc. for her amazing ability to be a team player and her willingness to always take on new challenges. She started her journey with Team B.A. Worthing, Inc. in 2006 as our administrative assistant. From there she took on the challenge of learning the incredible number of ins and outs it takes to manage a construction companies finances, and accounts receivable/payable. In March of 2020, Shelly relocated to Northern California to offer additional assistance in the care of her Father, and now operates in her role as Accounting Manager in a fully remote capacity. Shelly is our key to keeping the books high and tight.
